European court has made its first decision in the case vs. Ukraine. The court concluded that Ukraine did not provide just decision in the case Sovautotrans vs. Ukraine Russian transport company "Sovtransauto holding" states that it had been deceived by its Luhansk partners. Numerous court suits of Russian company in Ukrainian courts did not bring any result. The Strasburg court concluded that the state of Ukraine violated human rights and the right for pretection of property. Representative of European court Roderick Liddell said in his interview to Deutsche Welle, that after the publication of court dicision the Committee of minister of European Council will force Ukraine to actions. It can be material damage reimbursement and well as change in legislation.
