Lenur Kerimov,

was a regional representative of League of Crimean-tartar lawyers "Initium" in Crimea. A year ago the League sent him to Helsinki foundation for human rights in Poland for an internship. During his internship he studied human rights, and also gathered main international documents and made a book of 458 pages. He also prepared and entered University of Warsaw. Now he is a student law department and volunteer of Helsinki foundation for human rights.

The catalog was published in 2001 by Helsinki Foundation for human rights as supplementary material for different seminars and trainings. There are 31 documents from UN, 14 documents of European council, 4 documents from OSCE in this catalog. A CD is added to the catalog with the same information but in electronic version. The documents are in original English version and have Russian translation.
