Decision

On August 15, 2002 the judge of city court of Dniprovsk district court of the city of Kherson Mr. Ovchynnikov had listened to the case that came from Dniprovsk district branch of Ministry of internal affairs about management responsibility of Mr. Veretyonov Volodymyr Borysovych, born 1950, Head of the Trade Union of JSV "SATP-2103", who lives in Kherson, ul. Perekopskaya, 181-a, apartment. 8

according to the audit, conducted by the State labor inspection of Kherson, it was detected that the JSV SATP-2102 does not follow the agreement and has a debt in salary in the amount of 6 thousand UAH, as well as violations of other labor laws.

DECIDED TO:

according to the article 41, part 1, Codex of Administrative violations

Oblige Mr. Veretyonov Volodymyr Borysovych to pay administrative fine in the amount of 25 UAH.

The decision can not be appealed.
