Some years ago there were over 10,000 people in Kherson regional prisons and jails. But the legislation has changed since then, amnesties were conducted and as a result there are about 3,000 people less imprisoned and in jail now. These 3,000 now live among us....

This moral damage was supposedly made by the publications of the newspaper. Before decision on this suit Deputy Mayor solicited for the court about prohibition to "VIK" to publish something about her precious person...
