Junior at Kharkiv State University of Internal Affairs. Since March 2000 - volunteer in Center of Public protection at Kherson regional charity and health foundation, lawyer's assistant. Since 2001 - director of the project "Dobra sprava" (Good work) KRCHF. Participant of many seminars and trainings on human rights.

Junior student (distant learning) of Kharkiv State University of Internal Affairs, since March 2000 - volunteer at Center of Public Protection at Kherson regional charity and health foundation, lawyer's assistant.
In 2001 initiated and participated in monitoring of situation with adherence to human rights in secondary schools of Kherson city; also participated in monitoring how deputies fulfill their pre-election programs after elections.
Studied at the seminar "Strategies and tactics of teaching human rights" conducted by Helsinki foundation of human rights (Poland).
Worked as a lawyer in Public consulting center in the frameworks of project "Public monitoring of violation of citizens' rights during preparation and conduction of Parliamentary and local government elections in Ukraine in 2002".
His articles were published in the most popular newspaper of Kherson region "Hryvna", member of Kherson association of journalists "Pivden".

Member of Rule of NGO "The Professional Assistance" (Komsomolsk, Poltava region), graduated Institute of Psychology of APS of Ukraine and got her Master's degree, graduated St. Petersburg State University, passed training on court administration and human rights in Institute for Training and Development (Amherst, Massachusetts, USA) on Community Connections Program. Since 1991 gives consultation and writes researches, appears in courts as an expert, conducts trainings, seminars, organized educative programs. Consultant of the project.

Head of Rule of NGO "The Professional Assistance" (Komsomolsk, Poltava region), executive director of NGO "Business-incubator of Vatutinsk district council of Kiev", Deputy director on staff issues. Passed trainings on "Role of non-governmental organizations in public policy and human rights protection" at Institute for Training and Development (Massachusetts, USA) on Community Connections Program, passed courses on ISP (Bonn, Germany) in 1996, graduated St. Petersburg State University and got Master's degree in social psychology.

President of KRCHF. In 1998 participated in special exchange program of Informational agency of the USA "Role of non-governmental organizations in democratic society". In 1999 passed courses at Advocacy Institute (Washington, USA). In September 2000 passed educational course at XI International Summer school on human rights (Poland, Warsaw). At the present time student of Higher school of Human rights (Poland, Warsaw). Qualification: journalist, public defender, trainer on "Human rights, moderns strategies and techniques of human rights protection".

Correspondent of "Hryvna" newspaper, Head of Board of Kherson City association of journalists "Pivden", Head of Kherson city press-club of market reforms, editor of KRCHF's web-site "UAPravo". In 1999 studied at school on "Fighting corruption in Ukraine" (IREX PorMedia and Institute of Economical development of the World Bank"). In 2000 graduated IREX ProMedia summer school of journalism, in 2001 studied at the seminar "Monitoring of human rights" organized by Helsinki foundation of human rights, in 20002 studied at International Winter school on human rights (Poland). Head of Center of Public Protection at KRCHF, head of the internship program for students-lawyers and students-psychologists. Participated in the seminar "Strategies and tactics of teaching human rights" organized by Helsinki Foundation of human rights (Poland). Worked as a coordinator of the project "Public monitoring of violation of citizens' rights during preparation and conduction of Parliamentary and local government elections in Ukraine in 2002" in Kherson region.
